Your PT Logo

The logo design was intended to include the "PT" for physical therapy, as well as an image of a person. The colors were chosen because of the representation. Green being a calm and relaxing color, and purple being a representation of friendship elicit the message that the patient is welcome to a relaxing, positive, and friendly experience. I researched other hospital logos, and found most of them to be simpler and more straight forward. As this project was likely for a pediatric facility, a goal was to add a "kid friendly" feel to the image of the person and the font.

Your PT Wireframe

This link contains only a gallery of the wireframe images produced for this project. It is one of the early steps in UX design. The idea is to show layout, but most importantly, to demonstrate expected functionality of an interface.

Your PT Prototype

This is a front end coded prototype of the Your PT project. The images, colors, and labels were all provided by the client. Coding such as the location search, and any type of insurance or billing were not created.

Your PT User Test

The image to the left will open the report page. The test run was a combination of "The Man Behind the Curtain", and survey. Users were given a task to accomplish and asked to comment as they went through the site to a recording. Upon completion of the task, users were given a survey to direct thoughts to more usable information.
