AE Property Group
The logo on the left was designed for an up and coming real estate group. The design brief included a request for a combination of the group member initials, the words property group, clean lines, and either a blue color, or black.
The inspiration for creating a single letter came from the request for a combination of their initials. I submitted several versions of this combination. The vertical line connection seen on the left was selected. A few more design selections were submitted in the next phase. Below are a few examples of the design samples I submitted for approval.
The logo in the top left demonstrates the design chosen. The logo in the top right is an example of the swatch selections I provided in the final phase. I submitted several versions of blue, along with multiple different fills. After extensive debate between the group members, the logo seen at the top of the page was chosen for the final design.
